Great story telling image of a tiger on the move in a pleasing setting.  Not nits, but just thoughts...If the bit of land ends on the left edge of the frame and we are seeing a turn in the river or an inlet, it would have added compositional strength to not cut the land in the frame, allowing the water's "S" curve and turn to be more emphasized.  Also given the relative size of tiger in frame (and I like how you located him/her) the subject of the photo becomes as much about the setting as tigers.  Therefore I would suggest a little higher ISO to allow for small aperture, to add more focus to the overall surroundings and make a good capture even better.

Jagdeep,
Always difficult to choose what to include in an animalscape.
I think that having the Tiger slightly higher could have  improved a bit, and I agree with Lon about more river on the left.

Nice image. This makes you realize just how surprised you would be if you were walking down that rocky waterway on the far side....... and turned the corner and ran into this!!

Thanks friends!
Lon : actually river is not turning here, but a small stream joining back the river...and I didn't want to make the tigress smaller in the frame. To give you exact idea, I'll be posting one more picture of tiger, when she moved ahead,
