One more image from last trip to Kruger Park. I would say this is a classic one of such bird, right?

Any comments are appreciated.

The colors and detail in the larger version are great.  Sounds like a perfect name for that bird.

Hi Jefferson, nice timing and I like the 'jaunty' angle of the OP. With regard to the techs and with that kit you really need a faster SS as you could easily have upped the ISO without compromising the IQ. As for the image you need to reduce the Blue coming through the image, highly visible in the horns, however I would make this adjustment as a 'Global' one, rather than selective.

The larger image looks really nice.  My guess is you could have increased your iso a little bit and also your depth of field to get a little more of the host and focus but still really a nice image.

Very cool. Jefferson.  An excellent job of keeping the focus where it needed to be.  Did you by chance get a chance to change your settings and get more dof and the whole animal's face?  Just thinking that that would make a good shot too.

Hi Jeffereson.
Not seen these so can,t really comment on how it  or they look. Nice to see a close up of the two though- most shots seem to be fairly distant. A  little bit of "beefing up " the image might help a bit. No big deal. Curves maybe?
Cheers

This is a really cool image with the interesting behavior and the lines in the image.  I would try warming up the color balance a bit. devil

Hi guys, thanks for all your comments.
Regarding the blue on the image, I've worked a bit on it, hope it's better now. Sorry taking so long to adjust the image and get back to you.

Cheers,
Jefferson
