I seem to be somewhat in a rut with stream photos, but the variations are endless. This was taken in Zion, with some gold reflections from the surrounding cliffs of the Virgin River.

Thanks in advance for any comments or critiques. I'd be interested to know if I should increase the contrast...couldn't decide.

Canon 5d,M3 ISO100, 84mm, f/13, 0.4 sec.

Thanks for the comments about the too heavy vignetting. I tried to adjust it and here is the result:

I like the colors, which look almost like paint brush strokes. The movement forces the viewer to investigate all corners of the image. Very nice ....

This is a beautiful combination of gold and blue/turquoise, Kathy.  The swirl where the water pours over the rock adds a great sense of motion.  I also like the subtle change from blues above to turquoise below.  The contrast looks fine to me, it's stronger in the top half, but I like how the reduced contrast adds to the subtle color shift.  Three of the four corners are darker, creating a vignette effect, which I find distracting.

Kathy...I think you nailed this one. Beautifully crafted..very well seen. To get the shutter speed right is not easy in this situation.

Kathy, I like this very much. I love these types of photos and some of the first I ever took were in Zion, so this brings back memories of a great time. This composition does a great job of keeping the eye in the frame, with opposing water flow and the rock to anchor everything around it. I think the vignette is a bit heavy, as Mark points out. Part of the distraction may be the vignette doesn't seem to go all the way into the bottom corners. If this were mine, I would clone out that little leaf stem that sticks out from the back side of the rock, but I know that I'm sometimes too picky with stuff like that.

Beautiful, Kathy, with the rock perfectly placed and gorgeous light in the reflections.  The repost takes it over the top.
