Sandy, to me, your image is all about the fabulous red color that does indeed seem to "glow"  The red frame just takes it over the top!  The image would be perfect for a romantic Valentine's Day card.

Beautiful, Sandy.  Love the glow effect and the gorgeous red.  I would say you have transformed  "a  very old image" into an incredible new image.  Congratulations on the weekly pick; well deserved.
