Your focus is getting better, Nishand, though it still lacks a bit from being "tack sharp".  Raising your iso to 500 or 640 would get you a fair amount more shutter speed which would help.  I like the pose and color in the bird.  All the specular highlights form the water in the bg look overpowering in the smaller version, but in the larger they seem to be easier on the eye.  Given the vertical nature of the portrait, a vertical crop might work a little better-you might try it to see what you think.  I'm glad to see you posting.
