Eagle Attack

I caught this Bald Eagle just as it was going inverted to grab a fish from another eagle.  The attack was unsuccessful but it was a good try.

Sony a6500, FE 70-200 f2.8 GM @ 108 mm, ISO-100, f/5.0, 1/4000, hand held.

A nice detailed look at an eagle in attack pose.  Well photographed.

Gary: excellent capture of the action. I really like the pose of the bird and the detail in its plumage. Very well done! Richard

Hi Gary
Great shot, I would like to see a little more air around the Eagle (if there is any).

Real nice attack pose and you caught the detail really well.  I might cut back a little on the blue saturation and boost some of the shadow.

Great flight pose, Gary.  The blue sky looks a bit too much and there seems to be a blue color cast on the eagle itself, but this is a gorgeous image.

I agree about the blue color cast, but this is gorgeously sharp and detailed and in a wonderful position.
