It's a matter of personal taste, I suppose, but for me if you don't have the bird's eye you need an exceptionally strong photo, and I just don't think this shot is strong enough. Nice light on the water, though.

Cool, Balan. I like how the water reflection have the three different colors that intersect at the duck.

I kind of wish the bird wasn't in this shot, because I love the play of the light on the water, but I also agree that generally speaking, you want to see the bird's eye in the shot. And that's just an opinion. Great exposure on the shot though.
