Ouch!

We found these two Male Warthogs engaged in a dominance duel in Kidepo Valley National Park, Uganda. Unfortunately the long grass was a bit of a nuisance in most shots.

The flying dirt is a real bonus. Also, you manged a great look at the eye on the left hog. Nice capture.

The grass may have been a nuisance but you have good detail in the warthog on the left. The action is plain to see! Good eye to catch this scene. TFS.

Ken: grass or not, it's a great action shot. I like the flying dirt and the wild look in the eye of the one warthog. Richard

I can see how the grass would be tough, but you got good views of the eye, tusks and tail here. The flying dirt and grass is a really nice touch.

Excellent image. I like everything about it, including the grass. In the grass is where the action was.

Ouch! Looks like the one on the left has already meted out some punishment to the other one. What amazing action Ken. The flying grass really makes this one.

Thanks everybody, believe it or not the retreating Warthog ended up winning, sending the other one into exile
