Common Merganser family. ,...taken in Algonquin Provincial Park, Ontario, Canada.

Mid morning , while in my Kayak , these guys were enjoying a family outing.

I was very fortunate to be in right place & position to capture this parade!

Nikon lens 70-200 VR F2.8 @ 105mm, F5, 1/400, iso1100, Hand held while paddling in Kayak, -.67 Meter compensation.

Good job on the Merganser panorama. This is pretty typical behavior for these birds from what I have witnessed. I like the color palette in this image. I have also recently seen Common Merganser's returning to my area.
