A Mallard Duck doing the bird bath thing and spraying water everywhere. It's been raining for weeks here and the sun came out for about an hour, conveniently around lunch time because I was working. I was going by the pond at just right time as the ducks seemed to be enjoying the sunlight also. The added light helped me get some extra shutter speed so I had some fun capturing their playing and bathing.

Sony a6500, SEL100400GM Lens with 1.4 TC @ 560 mm, ISO-500, f/8.0, 1/2000, hand held.

I like the water spray here Gary. It adds a lot of motion to this. Well executed image.

I really like the crispness of this image with the splash frozen against the ripples of the water.

A very nice bathing shot, Gary. Plenty of splashing and drops in the air, but they're in just the right place so they don't obscure the head of the duck. Good work.

Dennis; Here is another one that looks nearly identical except that it was a different duck and was taken 5 days later! It has more water spray and one good size drop did just happen to be in front of it's eye. It was in just the right place to look like a catch-light but a zoom in on the full size file makes it clear that it's a drop of water.
