This is the same group of Egrets I photographed on a salt pond in Hammonasset Beach State Park,CT.  I used a mono pole and cropped it by 10%.  In Lightroom I adjusted the highlights, black and clarity.  The next shot will be more interactions.

Detail  and exposure look good, Peter.  I like the way most of them are facing in the same direction in this one.

Nice comp in this one Peter. The various positions really give this a nice flow from left to right.

I like the balance and flow on this one Peter. Nice work on focus with all of these.

Once again, really nice color contrast between the whites of the egret and the gold of the grass.  The saturated orange of the beak breaks up the regularity of the image.

This image is very appealing to me.  I love the grasses with the white birds, and I love the wing positions of the two birds with raised wings.

Congratulations on your take, Peter, it’s truly spectacular. Using CS6, I made a few modifications to the composition.

This is my favorite in the series as pretty much all of the birds are reasonably sharp, nice action on the middle ones. devil
