Fall in Maine

Fall in Maine - if you look at the top right of the hill you will see "hight of land" which is a road that overlooks the lake. Also, I am taking the picture from a wooden bridge and you can see HOM wooden rail in lower right corner. I like the reflections of the sky in the water.

Norma, the reflections are indeed lovely, echoing the colorful ridge and beautiful sky very well.  The bit of railing adds a nice touch in a very subtle way.

Maine is definitely a wonderful place to experience the fall on the East Coast.  You have a terrific collection of changing color against Evergreen on this hillside.  I like the reflection of the sky in the lake.

Beautiful fall scene Norma. I might be tempted to trim out the bare tree on the far left.

Lots to like in this view!  In addition to the fall colors, the clouds add interest to the sky and reflection, and create interesting shadows on the hill, too.  The curves of the shoreline really add a lot to this fine composition.  I think it would look even better without the clockwise tilt.  (Easy to fix by picking a point with a visible reflection -- like a treetop -- and lining it up with its reflection on a vertical line.)

I have taken the advise of cropping the left side, trees and the straighten of the image slightly.
