Actually VIA Rail's Canadian getting ready for departure in Vancouver's Pacific Central station on the night of December 22. My wife and I planned to indulge ourselves with a train ride across Canada over the Christmas holiday. We both love trains and this was a bit of a bucket list item. The first couple of days were wonderful but unfortunately mechanical problems triggered by -20°F temperatures forced us to abandon the train about 250 miles west of Winnipeg. So it goes; now we have an excuse to go back! All comments welcome.>=))>

Love the bright lights and colors Bill along with the wonderful railcars. Sorry to hear you ran into mechanical problems along the way. That would be an awesome trip.

Bill,

Love the colors here and those vintage passenger cars are awesome.

Too bad  your trip got cut short, but I'm sure you enjoyed what you could before it ended.  I can see this being on someone's bucket list.

Wild color and a nice composition. I like the perspective and the light on the cars.
