Here's a juvenile shot same day as last. The backlight was a little distracting, so I toned it down a bit. Cropped from right to 4x3 from original.

A nice classic image of this Brown Pelican juvenile.   You did a good job with the background  allowing the pelican to stand out  in this well composed frame.

Nice job on the background, Bill.  You might take a touch more off the right and add the corresponding amount on the left as it's pretty centered.  Detail in the pelican is excellent.

A Pelican on a Post! Nice shot of this juvie, Bill. The detail in the bird is very nice, and visually interesting the larger view.
