Bald eagle, Beauty

I never tire of photographing the bald eagle pair at the Miller Park Zoo.  Both eagles were brought from Alaska where they had been injured and could not fly.  Their exhibit is built without any obstructions in the front, no wire, bars or glass.  Beauty was an immature bird when she arrived at the zoo several years ago.

Excellent Eagle portrait, John.  I really like the eye and the bg works very well for this species.
