At my favorite lake, I found this Ring-necked Duck. In this image, you can see the neck ring from which this species gets their name. It is usually not very visible. Processed with Lightroom, Photoshop and Lightzone. Comments and critiques welcome.

Excellent detail and a good low POV. Superb work on the shadows and highlights.

Really good job in this image Jerry.  The depth of field is perfect.  I really like the colors in the photo.  The eye looks really good.

Jerry, I really like the intense color of that eye here.  Your POV is exceptional right down on the water with the duck it looks like.  Nice colors and good detail throughout. Wonderful warm creamy BG too.

Sweet, Jerry.  I can see why that's your favorite lake, you're gettign some great shots there.  Maybe a bit off the bottom here?

Nice capture, Jerry!  I like the low angle and the golden water (it compliments it's eye).  Good exposure with nice detail in the black feathers.  Maybe could benefit from a tad stronger sharpening but that's a personal preference.
