Badlands Bighorn

A friend and I journeyed to Badlands National Park in SD yesterday in search of wintertime bighorns. We found lots a ewes and lambs, and finally a cooperative ram in a characteristic badlands setting. Fun outing.

An outstanding capture, Lon. The low angled light sets off the sheep and his ridge very well, against that great Badlands background.
