Sony A77II
Minolta 200mm macro
ISO 200, 1/6 @ f16
These little orchids (the bloom is about the size of a quarter) survived our harsh winter while many other of our plants succumbed to the cold temperatures. This is its first flower of the spring with a lot more buds promising a bumper crop. I chose to leave the leaf in the LLC as I thought it balanced the comp a bit and filled in an otherwise relatively featureless and uninteresting part of the frame. All comments welcome.>=))>
