Hi, Sorry I have been off the grid for a week and a half, but I was out of town. Went back up to Maryland, to visit family and friends, and was able to make one visit to Assateague NWR. Love going there. I took this shot there in late afternoon with my Canon 7D Mark II, Canon 100-400 mm L lens at 220 mm, handheld. Settings 1/1000, f5.6, ISO 100. Full frame, did not crop. Normal edits with Lightroom, Nik and PS. Comments and suggestions welcome.

Very good, Shirley. I like the palette and the forms of the grasses. The heron is positioned very nicely in the frame.

This is a classic pose for the GBH Shirley. Nice light and detail here. Good job keeping the whites in check too.
