Spring Flowers

I don't know which gallery this one fits in, but I'll start here. Blue Lupine blooming on a hillside near Sonoma, California mixed in with lots of other wildflowers that I blurred out. Going for the light, springy, ethereal look.

Thanks in advance for any comments or critiques.

This is the place, Kathy. Beautiful soft colors and shallow focus. Gorgeous!

I like this a lot - perfect blurring and BG colours, and then a detailed near flower.
Nice!

I like this.  I like the lightness of the green background with the pink flowers.  The green stalks of grass adds nice texture.  Nice positioning of the in-focus flower.

Kathy: Definitely the correct gallery and thanks for posting my favorite wildflower. Terrific POF/DOF choice and a very pleasing comp. Most excellent.>=))>

Feels like a warm spring or summer day to me, Kathy.  Very nice photo.

Kathy

Congratulations on the WP!  What you did with the selective blurring is magical!
