The heavens declare the glory of God . . .Psalm 19:1
I made a trip to Denver in December of 2014 for a medical conference but took a side trip to Great Sand Dunes NP for a few days before. On my second night there I was treated to the most intense sunset display I've ever seen. It was very cold and I was the only person in the park save for a lone custodian who was closing the visitor center and seemed oblivious to what was going on in the heavens. Please see large. Excellent, Bill. The detail in the clouds and the colors are very impressive.

Awesome Bill.  It is indeed glorious.  I love not only the colors, but the really interesting textures in this one.

Definitely lives up to your quote, Bill.  The turbulence at the top adds some fine extra interest to the glowing golds on the horizon.
