I really couldn't come up with a title to describe this formation. This was taken from our front yard on July 6th, 2016. I just happened to notice the formation and had to grab the camera.

5Diii, 70-200 mm f/4 @ 70 mm, hand held, f/9, 1/200, iso 640, aperture priority, pattern metering. Processed in PS6. Full frame.

Dennis, this looks like flowing water taken with a very long exposure. Which I guess is kind of what this is, only water molecules with long gaps between them. The color is really nice, almost a pastel pallette. Nice, smooth, soothing frame. Something to contemplate on a wall somewhere.

I have really enjoyed this week's challenge. There have been so many interpretations. I love this one due it's abstract quality. I'm thinking eyelashes.

This is a lovely "flow" of cirrus clouds, Dennis. The strong sense of movement from llc to upper right works very well. Given the few lower clouds coming in at the bottom, I'll bet you had rain within 24 hours. It's easy to see why you "go grab the camera" and take a few shots..

Dennis, these seem like the most delicate of all clouds overall. I guess they would fit a category of being very wispy. Extremely nice stuff...... laugh

Lovely sweep of clouds here, another variation on the theme. I like the way they radiate out from the left corner.
