I took this photo last May on our trip out West. Antelope Island is a park that borders the surrounding mountains and the Great Salt Lake..  I discovered this image while cleaning up SD cards for a another trip out west. K5 IIs 23 mm (1/40 sec at f16, Iso 100) crop for comp, dust removal on sky, Luminosity masks to bring up shadow details and brightness & contrast..............Jim

Pleasing scene Jim, I really like the larger version. Looks like it could use a bit of a nudge CCW ?
I'd probably darken the sky and lake just a small amount too, but personal taste of course cool.

Thank you Neale.  I rotated the image CCW--(Once I darkened the sky, the horizon became more visible!) and used a gradient layer mask set to multiply for the sky...........................Jim

Nice take on the area. I am preferring the sky and foreground in the original post. It seems a bit intense to my eye in the repost. Very much a personal preference at that point, though.

I think I prefer the original for the simple fact the mask you used darkened the mountain too much. Just a personal preference. Nice comp and great sky with those clouds.
