Very nice.  Love the wings down position, great light on the bird and the few ripples on the water add a lot to the image.  Excellent capture!

Great flight shot.  Sweet light.  Detail is sharp in the face and wings.  You seem to have caught the eye just right, as it gives a sense of personality.  Small nit: you might clone out the white spot under the tail.

Superb light and wing position.  I like the water a lot.  Really good job with the colors and background.

Beautiful wing position and excellent detail with great eye contact, Debapratim.  I like the lighting, though I suspect some people would want the darker areas brighter.  There's still detail there if one takes the time to look carefully.

Debapratim,
Excellent image for all the reasons already mentioned and then some. I agree with Allen on cloning out the white dot, it is more distracting than helpful. The large version is very impressive and should not be missed . . . laugh

Beautiful BIF image.
the back of the duck is quite dark; especially with the dark BG -  you might consider brightening it up a bit.
Nice!

Excellent in-flight capture of this duck, Debapratim!  That late, low light is always contrasty and difficult but you handled it very well in this shot.  The only hot spot is the shoulders yet you still have decent detail in the dark shadows (at least on my monitor).  I personally wouldn't lighten up the shadows as you would provide a little more detail but you would lose some of the 3D effect that the shadows provide.  In those type of lighting conditions even the naked eye is not going to see very much in the shadows either.

Debapratim: I'm not a bird guy but this is really superb. Love the light and wing position especially. Congrats on a very fine WP.>=))>
