Another Sea Otter, peacefully dining on mussels.  The Otter was in the entrance channel to the boat harbor and the reflection colors are from brightly lit buildings on the other side of the harbor.

Sony a6500, SEL100400GM @ 400mm, ISO-400, f/8.0, 1/500, hand held.

As a reflection nut, I'm really enjoying the rippled reflections.  The otter stands out from them well by being nice and sharp.  I wonder about a bit of dodging of it's head to catch a bit more attention.

This has really nice sharp focus on the right places Gary.  I really like the steely light in this one too.  The otter back float and lunch buffet on the belly are classic.

This is an interesting image, in that as a thumbnail, it doesn't draw attention...in small size it is better...and in largest version it begins to really grab.  Great job with focus and seeing the reflections as a graphic element.  I think this would be even better viewed even larger.  Maybe you should try a large print for your wall!

This is a great image of an otter, Gary.  The detail on its head, and the expression you caught are super good.  I think it's hard to get a good image of an otter, because the water on their fur can be over reflective and harsh.  Everything in this is is great.  The reflections and colors are great.  Nicely done.
