Great light you had here, Allen. Nice catch light in the eye. Hopefully the bird granted you also a shot when flying towards you, but this is pretty neat as presented ! Sounds like a worthwhile cruise cool, cheers, Hans

Sweet light and one of my favorite birds. The angle isn't ideal, but you got everything the bird gave you.

Gorgeous light and a nice sharp image, Allen.  I like it even though the tern is flying a bit away from you.  I do think there's a bit more canvas on the bottom than needed.
