Actual title is "Lesser Yellowlegs on Lift-off"

I just happened to be shooting photos of it when it decided to leave the scene.

Sony a6500, FE100400GSM  @ 400 mm, ISO-200, f/5.6, 1/2500, hand held.

Great timing Gary.  Nice DOF and details, and I really like the little splash behind it.

Very cool lift-off pose and excellent detail, Gary.  If you're not averse to such shenanigans, you might want to use content-aware fill and add some canvas on the left and top for the bird to move into, but it's a really neat image regardless.

Hi Gary
Sometimes you just get lucky, nice framing, action and detail.
