Female Rufous

I was out working the hummingbirds in the front of my house and set up hoping for a nice bird to feed on this flower.  Fortunately this nice female Rufous cooperated.

Olympus EM-1 Mark II
300mm f/4 Pro

My typical 4 flash arrangement.

Larger version provides a really nice look at the plumage details.

Thanks for your views and thoughts.

Excellent Keith.  Nice wing position and the composition is perfect.

Magnificent use of flash, Keith, as might be expected. You seem to be getting some great stuff with that 300. It's tempting for me to get a copy, but at my advanced age I already have far too much glass to follow through. I'm really looking forward to more of yours.
