Another one from the Wildlife Sanctuary in Keenesburg, CO. This is one of many lions rescued from Bolivia circuses.

I can't imagine the terrible conditions these creatures endured - SO glad they were rescued and can live out their lives in safety and peace now.
Very nice look at this fellow - he looks to be in good shape again. The relaxed tail and attitude show he is quite tranquil -
