Purple Dusk

Mid-June in Bishop California. Really enjoyed a quiet look at all the elements here; from the fully shaped Cottonwood trees, to the descending slope lines, the soft cloud layer and of course the sky color. Opened up the foreground in Lightroom to see more of the pasture and to provide some detail in the trees, and darkened the sky to enhance the color just a bit. Thanks for looking,  hope you like it. Comments and Critiques welcome.

A very peaceful and serene scene. The soft colours all complement each other, and the detail is really nice.
Well-done!

I agree with Sandy, this image has a nice quiet and peaceful feel. The soft color really do add to that mood.

Stephen: the soft tones that you've captured give this fine photo the look of a well painted pastel. Richard
