Was wandering around in the garden this morning and saw just the odd day lily but came across this leaf that had fallen and captured a few drops from a brief shower. Thought it was worth a shot of the leaf and small "bird" taking flight. All comments welcome. Please view LARGE. >=))>

A comp of light/dark and textures. I particularly like the shadows thrown by the water droplets and the leaf separating at the veins. Outstanding work to recognize the artistry and having the skill to display it.

Nicely seen and photographed, Bill. The "bird" is very recognizable, adds adds a distinctive feature. The detail is excellent.
