Northern Parulas seem to have suddenly shown up at once in Ohio at all their usual spots in the past couple of days. Here's one from this morning at the Zaleski State Forest.

I'm at a loss for words, this is soooo nice. Very punchy colors, only mother nature could put pink and yellow and brown together and have it look beautiful. I know this isn't much of a critique, still shaking my head how nice this is....

WOW! Stunning image, Bob! I love everything about it. Color, pose, bg, and composition are all great! What method, if any, did you use to attract the bird? Did you shoot from a blind?

Hey Bob, this may be my favorite of all your warbler shots, which makes it pretty much unsurpassed.

What an outstanding photo! Makes me think of the scripture about the lillies of the field, that even Soloman in all his royal robes was not dressed as fine as these. Only perhaps in this case, not even Luciano Pavarotti on his best day sang as magnificently as this little guy!!!
