Minolta M7
Minolta 24-85 @ 50mm
Astia 100, .5secs @ f25, Singh-Ray warming polarizer
Curves, HPS

I got some shots of this location with everything relatively calm but wanted to try for something a bit more artistic so I waited for a gust of wind to smudge the colors. This was the best of the bunch. Trying for this kind of image gives me a serious case of digital envy. ><>

Wow, what a beautiful image. The motion makes the flowers look like they are rendered in pastels. When I first pulled it up I thought you manipulated it digitally (and quite nicely) to get the effect. Capturing it the way you did makes it all the more appealing/interesting as a photograph. Nice one! :toast:

Even on windy days one can come away with great images....and you proved it with the movement in the flowers!

Hi Bill, this image has a "Monet" quality about it. I like to see photographers willing to step out of the box and do some different things. :toast:
