The yellow reflection comes from the sun hitting the upper leaves in the trees, The green leaves turn yellow when the mourning sun hits them.

I think this "liquid metal effect" you have been using is excellent! It provides a good contrast in texture to the leaves.

The leaf man does it again! This is awesome. Is this just water, or is there some kind of film on it, or something unique other that how the light catches it? I've never seen this effect (maybe I'm just not looking...!)

Hey Alice,
Its just plain swamp water. You have to look at just the right angle to see it. you can look at a spot and see this yellow, and then change angles and see a silver look from a overcast sky, or blue if the sky is clear. Sometimes green from lower level leaves.
