This little picnic area is in the Twin Falls Park, and is visible from the hwy. coming into town. I hope it shows up well here.

Very pretty - I like how you've used the picnic table as part of the composition.
Thanks for sharing!

A very sweet composition. The little structure is just perfect. Maybe you should name this "bathed in gold", the light is just amazing.

Okay, that's where I want to have my next picnic! The light through the trees in the upper right is simply golden!!! Warm and very inviting Barb. The evergreen seemed a bit intrusive at first but the more I look at it the more I like it there. It helps to create a nice sense of depth.

This is a lovely setting, Barb. The pine tree on the left nicely adds to the scene, making it appear as a doorway of sorts, inviting one into the picnic area.

Well Thank You everyone......
Gail I think your right "bathed in gold" would be a good name for this.
As for the pine tree. I took many, many shots of this actually over two or three days. I have/had some shot at a slightly different angle without any green.....but somehow they always looked overwhelming - too much gold and yellow.
This is one of my favorite fall images, and I am glad others like it too.
Thanks

Barb,
Lovely! I wish I had my lunch right there today! The gold room! So warm and inviting. I can imagine the squirrels running around here.
Congrats on the EP!

For once in my life (or at least according to my husband) I'm nearly speechless. I can't Thank Everyone enough. Again, I say NPN is such an incredible opportunity for all of us and it has turned out to be a very valuable learning experience for me.
