It snowed for the first time, great BG for high key images. This is a small crop of my sharp shinned hawk out front quail hunting. I really want that 500 lens. 1dmk2, iso400, 1/400 at f10, 300f2.8 with 2x, hh.

Great Shot! Go to your pet store and buy him a mouse, or a least a peice of KFC. I have a hawks nest by my deck. I never tire of looking at a good hawk shot. Love the white tree. Lets see more! Robert

Besides a having a great subject I love that the tones of the buds on the tree are similar to the hawks feet. All the tones look great.
