After reading Darwin's article on the Orton Imagery, I decide to have a go at it. I think this technique has a lot of potential and can indeed being used to obtain some kind of painterly effect. Thanks Darwin.

Great implementation of the technique. I found it an exciting article. This compostion certainly did lend itself to using it. I love the muted colors here also. :toast:
