Petes got the coyotes covered so i figured i would try one more from YS,

These bulls at firtst looked sort of if they were just playing, then it suddenly got rough, a third bull chimed in shortly and chased one of the combatants off,,it appeard they were fighing for a small plot of food that one or the other had already excavated and the other wanted, snow or no snow, if you dont think these guys, with all their bulk cant move,,,,they can really pick em up and put um down,, 1d, at least 500 IS, appx 75% of frame,

This is a great action shot ! Even without seeing the heads of the animals the power is shown by the snow flying up !

I was wondering when this would show up. Good job on the exposure and catching the action.

This sure shows whyt they are the most dangerous animal in Yellowstone. Stong and quick tempered. Great action shot!

Wow, I can really sense the power here! Snow flying, tail whipping, heads together.... just fantastic. Also, nice subject size and effective cropping. Terrific that we can actually see some detail in the fur, given the darkness of the animal and the brightness of the snow.

Cheers,
ben
