sorry but here is yet another frog image from peru.. this is a different take of the same species hyla Punctata that i posted a week or two.. hope you all like it and im sorry if i am boring you with frog images... oh ya there are a few light spots in the bottom bg that i had a hard time getting rid of because i would loose all detail under the throat therefore eliminating all little detail that was captured..

sony a100, sony flash, 105mm macro. f16 @ 1/125 sec, iso 200, handheld

This is the best of those I have seen! Love that eyeball and those little suction cup toes. In a perfect world, I would almost wish the critter would have turned a little more to his left, so that I would only see the one eyeball - but, hey, it is mighty fine as it is!

Stop with the "...sorry if I'm boring you" talk. These are great shots. I think this is the best of your series so far. I really like the tight comp on this. Really well done IMO.

Jeffrey, this is not boring, it is fantastic how you managed to capture all the frog details. Thanks for sharing!

Wow' love the briliant colour against the dark background, graphic and appealing and the posture of the frog give the photo lots of dynamic appeal. Darwin

Great color and detail. The black background really brings out the frog. Well deserved EP :toast:

Frogs are usually my favourite subjects. This is not awesome to me, just another nice frog on a black background. I look for something new or different. By the way, this is not Hyla punctata but Hyla (now Hypsiboas) cinerascens (before Hyla granosa).
