WC # 272 Run Off

Gallery: Weekly ChallengePosted March 28, 2007963 views8 comments

Signifying the end of winter is the Spring run of, when every little dry run can become a mini raging river, complete with rapids. A beautiful, and warm day sent me out enjoying the sounds and sight of running water eveywhere.

This is very beautiful and a perfect image for this week's theme. I really like the light coming through the forest. Good choice of shutter speed too for the water. Very nicely done!

Hi Barb, there is something about this scene I like very much, I think it is the light that gives it a very peaceful look. Well done.

This is a very pretty scene. Very similar to what I like to shoot except mine don't turn out quite as nice.

Barb, congats on the EP for this week. I was thinking for sure your image in ES&S would also get a pick too. Both are great images.

Barb, I missed this during the posting of the WC last week. Congratulations on the EP selection for this excellent representation in the category.

Barb,

I love the wonderful curves of the water, especially the circle in the background.

Nice capture.
