I work at Grand Teton National Park and the camera goes with me just about every day. On this day, this past January, the clouds were thick as Teewinot peeked through.

D100, 80-200/2.8, support and timer. B&W conversion in PS.

If I had worked a place like that, I'm not sure I would have worked at all. I guess I would have been taking pictures all the time (I guess I envy you A LOT!!!!). Wonderful picture, and it really works well in BW. However, I'm not sure that I like the buttom. Maybe some more of the snow below would have been better, or simply crop the picture up to where the trees begin. Anyway....wonderful.

Regards,
Hanne

Wow, what a place to work, I really like this image, is razor sharp but the bottom, mmm I prefer it cropped off it's sort of out of place

Goodness... this is really magical!! I love photos with almost surreal layers like this. Clouds can be our best friends, right? Couldn't be better in my opinion!

Will,

Congratulation on EP award. This was in my opinion a spectacular shot. I guess it's just one of those scenes that don't come along very often. Then to be there with a camera and capture it so perfectly is a testimony to your level of excellence. :toast: :toast: :toast:
