I am a full time secondary school teacher and I live in the UK with my family.
I am an amateur photographer, a relentless observer and learner of nature; which has been my passion since my early childhood. There is always something new to discover and explore; something amazing to see.
Photography has been an area of my interest for quite some time, but only since 2009 it has become more than just an interest. It has become a way of discovering and appreciating a very unique and amazing beauty of nature, which allows me to capture a fraction of its true essence, of which will never happen again in the same way and in the same light. No chance to repeat an exact moment.
My photography is mainly focused on flora and fauna, especially on what I am able to portray through close-up and macro.
In 2011 my "Dragonfly" photo was highly commended in the British Wildlife Photography Award, in the “Wildlife in my Backyard” category, which is my biggest achievement so far.
