As you can see from the pictures on this site, I have always had a love for the outdoors. I grew up hunting, fishing and camping during all of my free time. Now I work full time in the natural resource world. With my photography I wish to bring to people that do not experience nature on a regular basis a taste of the outdoors. I also want others to understand that the natural resources that we have today are only "renewable" if they are managed carefully. The photographs that I have taken are usually from public lands that have isolated them from the hands of man.
Behind every great photographer is a wonderful woman. This is my wife, Jennifer and I before a recent photo outing. Jennifer is the reason that I starting taking pictures six years ago. She worked as an on-site photographer while in college taking pictures of sorority and fraternity functions on campus. Shortly there after I purchased my first camera, a Canon Eos Rebel. From there, I purchased a Canon Eos 10D after I realized the benefits of switching to digital.
