I bought my first digital camera in April, 2008. I don't think I'm a photographer as much as I am a naturalist with a camera. I'm fortunate to find myself living in Upstate New York where interesting subjects are abundant. "Snapper" won Honorable Mentions in both contests I've entered. It's consequently been published in Photographer's Forum's Best of Photography 2009 as well as the Erie Canalway National Heritage Corridor's 2010 Calendar. Also included in the calendar is "Old Erie", having been selected a First Prize Winner. My most exciting success has been the honor of having my images featured and sold in the Visitor's Center of Peebles Island State Park.
