Gary has been taking photos of our natural world for 20+ years and has been published in National Geographic, Birder’s World, Field and Stream, Nature Photographer and more. Cornell University uses many of his bird photos in their literature. Listed on the National Registry of the National Wildlife Federation, Gary is also a member of the Carolina Nature Photographers Association and the North American Nature Photography Association. Gary conducts photography workshops at his home in McLeansville, North Carolina, on setting up and photographing backyard habitats.
