I’m a freelance photographer from the Philadelphia area with a love for this art form. I’ve always liked being outdoors, either hiking, biking, or playing sports. When I was in my late 20’s I became interested in photography. I enjoy various types of photography whether it is wildlife, portraits, or photojournalism but what inspires me most is nature photography. I never realized how beautiful our landscapes were until I started traveling and photographing them. I started out teaching myself by reading books and studying the work of professional photographers that I admire and respect. Then I decided to get some formal training and took a course on professional photography with the New York Institute of Photography. While studying with NYIP I received an award of merit for one of my images. This image will be used in future advertisements. I currently have some of my images in a gallery in Bryn Athyn, Pennsylvania. I feel that photography is a creative way to show people how I see this chaotic world that we live in
