Thank you for your interest in my photo collection. I began my interest in photography when I got my first camera, a simple box camera I got with cereal box tops, when I was 12 years old. I soon became the official photographer at all family gatherings. I eventually graduated to a very basic adjustable 35mm camera by the time I was an adult. During the Viet Nam era I became a Navy photographer after enlisting in the service. There I learned a great deal more about photography and about life. Once I was discharged I did wedding and commercial photography as a sideline to a career in social work, as well as continuing several personal photographic interests that included nature photography.
I am now retired from social work and have most recently become fascinated by waterfowl and shore birds, which I've been photographing since 2014. In 2016 I began marketing my images online offering several photo collections of those types of birds. My goal is to continue growing that part of my catalog, as well as delve into other areas of nature photography. Hopefully both now and in the future you will find that some of my images meet your photographic needs. If you would like to negotiate the use of any of my images please contact me:
