I am an entomologist, doctor of sciences. I have been interested in photography since University when I needed photography for my own research. Since that time photography of nature had become a part of my life. My research often requested me to stay in nature working in various natural landscapes. I traveled across the Central Asia (my main working location) and visited other parts of the world. Everywhere I enjoy nature and photography; my favorite images have been made in Kazakhstan, Japan, Thailand, Jordan and Brazil. Some my photos were published in several photo albums (Aral Sea, Aksu-Dzhabagly Natural Reserve, Animals of Kazakhstan, etc.) and magazines.
