A self-Taught Photographer; my specialty is nature and wildlife. All of my photos are the result of many patient hours spent in the field, exploring, absorbing, seeing and figuring out the world around me to be able to get an outstanding image. On most outings everything comes together, the shutter speed, the exposure, the focus and composition to bring home impressive images. I fully embrace the power of the Adobe Lightroom to turn a raw photo into a works of art that have the striking impact of a masterpiece, but with the detail, authenticity, and direct connection to natural world that comes with Nature photography. My equipment of choice is Canon Digital SLR’s. I use the 6D, 7D and use the SP 150-600MM F/5-6.3 Di VC US lens, Canon 28-105 IS, 100mm Macro, I also attach a flash and flash extender as need to capture bird photos.
