I am a police officer for the city of Edwardsville, Illinois, for the past 30 years. I have dabbled in photography since high school. I drifted away from the hobby, but with the advent of digital photography, I was handed a basic Adobe photo deluxe version that came with the cameras and told to figure it out. So I taught myself basic photo editing, and I was hooked again. Now I could have much better control over the area of photography that never really interested me. The processing of the photos.
I have incorporated my photograpy into my love of travel and nature. I am working on building up my portfolio and equipment to take myself to a higher level. I have attended several advanced college level classes in photography and Adobe Photoshop to improve my skill level.
